Description
Right and left lines are already paired and staggered on the winder, just hook up your handles (black to bottom), stake off the top of your handles and allow the winder to rock as you stroll downwind to unwind.

We carefully wind up each line set for an absolute minimum of twists in the lines so when you first set up, take care not to let the ends spin or get mixed up and you should be able to simply connect both handles and kite directly, pull all four lines tight to separate them, go back to your stake without trying to “untangle” what appear to be twists, then hold and rotate your handles together with the lines tight (single unit) until each side comes apart, then spin each individual handle to remove any twists in each side (right and left).
In our experience of 30+ years, it is extremely rare that even the best pilots are able to unwind with zero twists in the lines due to small variables during winding and unwinding, but it is possible to keep it to an easily undone minimum of just a few twists.

I havent started tying my own sets yet so it is awesome that John offers so many length and strength options at his shop. Outstanding!
Excellent product. Rigged up very easily and worked well. The provided training videos meant I avoided any tangles. Very impressed. Would definitely buy again.
My only complaint is that I’ll never have the lines wrapped as neatly as they came. These were exactly as advertised. I like the sleeving JB used — it’s not as bulking as some I’ve seen around. I needed this line set to get into team flying. Now I can’t wait!
